LIYUE’s machines feature a splicing section with four 50mm flat belts driven by independent dual servo motors, ensuring precise alignment of the two sheets. The use of photoelectric sensors and servo motor control guarantees accurate joining, while the cold and hot double coating at the splice interface enhances bonding strength—resulting in boxes that withstand the rigors of shipping and handling.
To maintain accuracy under continuous high-speed operation, our two-sheet folder gluers are built with 16mm thick A3 steel wall plates. This heavy-duty construction provides the rigidity needed to resist vibration and deformation, ensuring consistent folding precision over years of use. Combined with NSK bearings and HWN linear guide rails, the mechanical system delivers smooth, reliable motion even under full load.
Operators can store and recall over 200 production parameters via the PLC system, enabling rapid job changeovers in approximately 10 minutes. The multi-language touchscreen interface simplifies machine setup and adjustment, while detailed video tutorials help operators get up to speed quickly—reducing reliance on specialized skills.
