The machine is fully controlled by computer throughout the process. It features digital operation and touch screen data input, enabling data changes and production speed adjustments without stopping. It offers a simple, efficient, reliable and precise control mode. It has an order memory function, allowing for rapid order conversion within 3-5 minutes. It supports reset function and fine-tuning function. The design of multiple sets of unique structures has successfully overcome common technical problems such as scissors difference and high-low lines, ensuring stable, fast and precise production of cartons.

A1: Gluing mode runs at 170 m/min (100-450 pcs/min), while stapling mode runs at 80 m/min (40-70 pcs/min). The stapling head operates at a mechanical speed of 800 nails/min with adjustable spacing of 30-120mm.
A2: It combines gluing and stapling in a single production line, saving floor space and equipment investment. The computerized system allows 3-5 minute changeovers between modes.
A3: In gluing mode, it handles paperboard up to 1200×2600mm; in stapling mode, the max perimeter (A+B)×2 is 2600mm, with a max box height of 700mm.
